The National Office for Cyber and Information Security (NÚKIB) is the central administrative authority of the Czech Republic responsible for cyber security. The office ensures the protection of information systems and critical infrastructure networks, receives and processes reports of cyber security incidents, and operates the government team GovCERT.CZ. NÚKIB also participates in European cooperation in the field of cyber security, for example, in projects financed from the Horizon Europe programme. The office publishes strategic analyses, methodologies and recommendations for both the public and private sectors.
